Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become costly repairs. Complete work orders accurately and maintain maintenance records. Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Assist with facility improvements, installations, and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, or mechanical repair experience preferred. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in various environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
