PROGRAM DETAILS Texell’s summer internship program involves: Completing two projects Project 1: Assist with workstation refresh. Building out new workstations, performing updates, and migrating users to their new systems. Project 2: Evaluating Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and produce a report on feasibility and cost/benefit to Texell in terms of price, maintenance/labor, and technical infrastructure. Exposure to the operations of a financial institution by assisting with basic day-to-day IT duties including onboards/offboards, workstation builds, and helpdesk duties. Working 28 hours per week starting in May, after classes end, through August, before classes begin. Opportunity to support the community by participating in our Texell Serves employee volunteer and service program.
