Responsibilities Include: Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors Provide accurate repair timelines when additional work is required Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Work closely with the Parts Department to obtain needed components Accurately document repairs, diagnostic findings, and completed work Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and professional development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Maintain productivity while consistently delivering high-quality workmanship What We're Looking For Required 3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience Valid Driver's License Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Strong work ethic and attention to detail Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Preferred Lexus, Toyota, or other manufacturer dealership experience Manufacturer certifications ASE certifications Advanced diagnostic and electrical experience Benefits We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation & Holidays Accrued PTO Paid Manufacturer Training & Employee Development Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts & Services Balanced Work Schedule Ready to Take Your Technician Career Further?
