Energetic Personality Great phone skills Previous experience in customer service roles Availability to work Saturdays- 5-day work week   What you'll do Communicates effectively, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person. Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule within our customer database. Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership. Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade their vehicle. Contacts all no-show appointments to reschedule for a later time.
