This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across content creation, social media, event coordination, and brand management — all within a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare organization. This full-time, on-site position is based at our corporate office in Addison, TX and reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Specialist. Key Responsibilities Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms Support the development of marketing materials including email campaigns, newsletters, rack cards, and event collateral Assist with logistics and coordination for conferences, trade shows, and clinician engagement events Conduct market research to support recruiting campaigns and business development initiatives Monitor and compile social media performance metrics and engagement reports Manage employee mailouts and other external touchpoints with prospective employees Maintain inventory merchandise and other branding-related materials Maintain organized digital asset libraries, branded inventory, and content calendars Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or currently pursuing) 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Mailchimp is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-moving environment What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation ($17–$22/hr based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% non-discretionary company contribution Professional development opportunities A fun, collaborative work environment with a team committed to excellence in patient care                                                       Qualifications:
