Job Details: Job Location: NAVSEA (Navy Yard) - Washington Navy Yard, DC, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $180000.00 - $210000.00Salary, Mayvin is seeking a Program Manager to support the United States Navy at the Navy Yard in Washington DC.  This position is required to be ON SITE supporting the Department of Navy at the DC Navy yard 5 days a week.    Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret or higher clearance.   Responsibilities: Acquisition Program Analysis and Support Administration and Communications Support Services Capability Assessment and Mission Analysis Support Financial Management and Cost Estimating Support Services Engineering and Technical Support Services : Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated engineering or program management experience with a minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role Minimum of 10 years of verifiable work experience in Program Management supporting DoW Program Management Office (PMO), Program Executive Office (PEO), or equivalent Minimum of 5 years experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Senior Executive Service and Flag level personnel Department of Navy experience in acquisition, program, and financial management Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint   Prefered Qualifications: Graduate degree in business or engineering management related discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Practitioner or Advanced exam qualifications or CPCM    Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated work experience supporting acquisition programs related to Navy expeditionary or operational afloat missions Prior military experience within component of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) or United States Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC)     About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.  Enjoy outstanding benefits and amenities, a truly supportive work environment, and continuous opportunities for professional growth.
