Our practice emphasizes comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic wellness. Key Responsibilities • Deliver full-scope family medicine services to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health screenings. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines. • Perform in-office procedures, such as vaccinations, minor surgeries, and wellness check-ups. • Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress throughout treatment. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records. Qualifications • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. • Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure. • Valid DEA registration. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Commitment to patient-centered care and community health improvement.
