What We’re Looking For CLEET-certified Unarmed Security Officers (CLEET Phase I & II) CLEET-certified Armed Security Officers (CLEET Phase IV) Applicants who do not currently have a CLEET certification are encouraged to apply—we may be able to help you obtain your certification. Professional appearance and dependable attendance Observation, communication, and report-writing skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Ability to interact respectfully and confidently with employees, visitors, and the public Responsibilities Secure premises and personnel by patrolling assigned property, monitoring access points, and investigating incidents. Submit complete and detailed reports documenting observations, incidents, activities, and occurrences throughout your shift. Follow location-specific procedures, policies, and post orders. Build and maintain professional relationships with facility staff, visitors, and other individuals encountered during your shift. Monitor visitors in accordance with customer policies and procedures. Authorize the entrance of mental health patients in accordance with facility requirements and established procedures. Provide assistance to individuals in need while maintaining a safe and professional environment. Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and security incidents to the appropriate personnel.
