Job Details: Job Location: Lee Canyon Resort - Las Vegas, NV, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Summary   The Barista/Cashier is responsible for preparing coffee beverages, assisting customers with food and drink selections, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced grab-and-go environment. This role helps maintain product quality, keeps displays clean, stocked, and organized, and ensures guests receive quick and friendly service.   Duties & Responsibilities   Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner. Follow all policies, procedures and service standards. Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments. Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about products. Stock and replenish grab-and-go food, beverages, and retail items. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service counters, dining areas, and beverage stations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties. Ensure products are attractively displayed and properly labeled. Complete all opening,running, and closing assigned sidework tasks.  Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications   Previous customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Experience in high-volume environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management.   Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. Must be able to walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds. Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time. Must possess or be able to obtain an SNHD Health Card.
