Responsibilities: • Infection Preventionist (IP): • Responsible for the facility's infection surveillance, outbreak prevention, and control protocols. • Ensures adherence to CDC and public health guidelines, audits hand-hygiene, manages isolation precautions, and leads antibiotic stewardship programs. • Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): • Responsible for the continuous education, clinical training, and competency management of the facility's medical staff. • Designs orientation programs for new hires and manages mandatory regulatory training.
