This role will support an assigned group of restaurants while also leading company-wide initiatives focused on employee retention and engagement. What You'll Do • Partner with Operations: Work closely with restaurant and regional leaders to develop people strategies that support business goals, strengthen teams, and address staffing and workforce challenges. • Lead Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted HR resource for leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and policy application. • Support Talent Development: Partner with leaders on performance management, succession planning, leadership coaching, and identifying opportunities to develop talent within their teams. • Drive Retention & Engagement: Lead enterprise-wide strategies and initiatives that improve retention, strengthen employee engagement, and create positive employee experience across our restaurants and brands. • Improve HR Programs: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, develop practical tools and resources, and lead projects that strengthen the effectiveness of our HR team and the support we provide to the business. What We're Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, multi-unit or multi-site preferred. • Strong employee relations experience and the ability to coach and influence leaders. • Experience developing or implementing employee retention, engagement, or other people-focused initiatives. • HR experience supporting multiple locations across multiple states. • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. • A practical, approachable style and the ability to balance business needs with genuine commitment to people.
