Analyze credit requests, evaluate financial information, and make underwriting decisions within assigned lending authority. Manage and monitor a loan portfolio to maintain asset quality and ensure accurate documentation. Support loan collections, portfolio reviews, and regulatory compliance requirements. Promote bank products and services, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and participate in loan committee and related leadership activities as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, agricultural management, or a related field preferred. Five to eight years of lending, credit analysis, or related banking experience. Strong knowledge of commercial, agricultural, consumer, and mortgage lending practices. Proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit risk. Excellent communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and organizational skills.
