What you will do: Educates and instructs students on defensive driving in a classroom setting. Maintains an awareness of various students learning styles and adjusts instruction appropriately Provides instruction in a patient, calm, and personable manner to reduce student anxiety, cater to various learning styles and enhance the learning experience. Assists driving school with various administrative tasks. Adheres to all department policies and procedures, including accurate recording of student hours. Qualifications: Education High School Diploma required Experience less than 1 year Driver Training Experience required 1+ years Education or Training Experience preferred Licenses and Certifications Upon Hire Required State Driving Instruction Certification (where applicable).
