The CNA provides compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting their daily living needs including personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and overall comfort. What You’ll Do Assist residents with meals, nourishment, and feeding Support mobility needs, including transfers with mechanical or staff assistance Escort or transport residents to activities, appointments, therapy, and other destinations Observe and document resident conditions, behaviors, and appetite; report changes to nursing staff Use and maintain equipment and supplies responsibly and cost-effectively What You’ll Bring CNA Certification (required) High School Diploma or GED One year of long-term care experience (preferred, not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort with technology: Microsoft Office, POC, Electronic Health Records Ability to stay organized, accurate, and focused in a fast-paced environment Why Work at Messiah Lifeways?
