Approach and greet customers, offer assistance, and listen carefully to understand their needs. Present and explain vehicle options, performance features, and benefits. Offer and coordinate test drives while ensuring compliance with dealership procedures. Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure every customer receives a professional, transparent, and satisfying purchase experience. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business. Stay current on vehicle features, accessories, and trends within the automotive industry.
