Job Details: Job Location: WRIGHT DIRECTIONS - RIDGELAND - RIDGELAND, SC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Days, Licensed Therapist Location Ridgeland, SC and Bluffton, SC Position Summary Wright Directions Family Services is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual therapy services to children and adolescents in a full-time, in-person setting. This role offers a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, clinical support, and the opportunity to help build a growing behavioral health practice serving youths, adults, and families throughout the Bluffton and Ridgeland communities. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and community supports Monitor treatment progress and maintain an active caseload Participate in supervision and team collaboration Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and licensure standards Support the growth of a high-quality behavioral health practice serving individuals and families in the community Qualifications & Requirements Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field Active South Carolina licensure (LPC-A, LMSW, LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, or equivalent) Ability to provide in-person services in Ridgeland/Bluffton Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to high-quality, client-centered care About Wright Directions Wright Directions Family Services, a CARF-accredited member of the SUN Behavioral Health network, provides compassionate, person-centered behavioral health services to children, adults, and families throughout South Carolina.
