Job Details: Job Location: 711 EAST 17TH ST - SANTA ANA, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $50000.00 - $125000.00Base+Commission/year, Job Shift: Day, Automotive Service Advisor Location: Santa Ana, CA (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Rate: $50,000 - $125,000+a year Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership.  Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history.  Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.  Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions.  Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns.  Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.    What We Offer: We will invest in you.
