In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners who need solutions for sewer lines, excavation, trenchless repairs, and other underground plumbing projects. Opportunities come from a combination of fresh customer calls and internal referrals from our drain and plumbing teams. This is a hands-on, in-home sales role that requires more than just presenting a price. You'll inspect properties, review diagnostic information and camera footage, help determine the right solution, build and present proposals, and guide homeowners through the decision-making process. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to evaluate sewer, excavation, and underground plumbing needs Review sewer camera footage and other diagnostic information Inspect properties and evaluate access, scope, and potential solutions Explain repair, replacement, excavation, and trenchless options in a way homeowners can understand Develop and present proposals based on the customer's needs and the recommended solution Guide customers through the decision-making process and close the sale Work closely with our technicians and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation Manage your opportunities from the initial appointment through the sold job Follow up with customers as needed Continue developing your technical and sales knowledge through ongoing training What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with homeowners, understands how to build trust, and can learn enough about a technical problem to recommend the right solution. Experience in any of the following is a plus: In-home sales Residential plumbing Drain cleaning Sewer camera inspection Excavation Underground utilities Residential construction You don't need to check every box. A strong sales background combined with the ability and willingness to learn the technical side of the business can be just as valuable as extensive industry experience.
