How the Guide works with the Team: The Guide position will be responsible for overseeing team members and the operation within the trails. A Guide leads with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, coaching, and motivational skills. This position also takes an active role in monitoring and promoting a safe work environment. Team Member Responsibilities: Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests Greet and interact with guests  Maintaining inventory of supplies on site between both Retail and F&B outlet Train, supervise, and develop team members capable of delivering exceptional service Ensure that all menu items are prepared and served to meet service standards. Ensure 100% compliance with NJ Health Code. Managing daily labor and adjusting staffing levels to achieve service standards Coach, council, and discipline team members Promote and enforce company policies and procedures.
