Job Details: Job Location: Warm Hearth - Blacksburg, VA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Warm Hearth Village Life Enrichment Associate -Kroontje Healthcare Center   The purpose of this position is to assist in developing and implementing activities, on a regularly scheduled basis, in compliance with requirements to meet residents’ needs. Responsible to perform duties as assigned by the Director of Life Enrichment to facilitate the programs in place. Requirements: Able to work in a team setting and independently as well. At least one year of experience in life enrichment. Availability to work some weekends and holidays. Job duties include: Treat residents, family, visitors, and coworkers with respect and dignity Plan and implement programs and events. Attend all in-services classes as assigned and complete assignments Document resident participation and incidents accurately and in a timely manner Observe all facility policies and procedures Accept assigned job duties in a cooperative manner Rate: Starting at $16.00 Shifts/Hours/Schedules: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm. Some weekends required.
