The purpose of this position is to provide personal care services in support of the client’s health and safety in their home under the direction of a registered nurse responsible for the supervision of personal care services. Shift Differentials for non-normal business hours Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support mobility and transfers safely Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Provide care to clients following state and federal regulations, policies and procedures.
