Responsibilities: Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments Support light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Encourage client participation in hobbies, walks, and social engagement Maintain open communication with clients, families, and care coordinators Report resident’s needs and concerns to the nurse manager Must be able to complete physical tasks such as walking and standing for periods of time, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Compensation: Starting base wage is $15.00 per hour with additional experience scale. Shift differential Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays and holidays) $0.75 per hour.
