Job Details: Job Location: The Wybe and Marietje Kroontje Healthcare Center - Blacksburg, VA, Salary Range: $14.00 - $19.25, Housekeeper – Kroontje Health Care Center   Warm Hearth is looking for a customer service-oriented candidate to join our Housekeeping Department in the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.”   Requirements: • Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.   Job duties include: • Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner • Keep common areas and resident rooms clean and neat • Assist in laundry ensuring proper washing, folding, and storage • Ensuring proper infection control at all times • Communicate suggestions from residents to managers • Lifting 25lbs    Shifts/Hours/Schedules: • Day shifts with every other weekend shifts for full time.   Benefits: • We offer a robust benefits package with a low-cost HSA plan for FT employees.
