Qualifications: • High-school diploma or equivalent preferred • One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred • Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English • Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems • Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to be flexible with hours'/shift schedules and assignments The Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
