Job Details: Job Location: Inpatient Lowell CSS 131 - Lowell, MA, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services, Location: Lowell, MA - Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Inpatient Treatment Program Pay rate: $21.00/hour Available Schedules: Part-time 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:30am   The Program Guide is responsible for: Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication.  Greeting clients, customer service, monitor for client/staff safety, communicate with clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients in and out of the program orderly.   Qualifications: Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required  Prior experience working in customer service and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.  Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
