Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities: • Observe, administer, record, and report any medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s) • Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients • Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and other patient activities • Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills: • Current and valid RN license • Excellent interpersonal skills • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations • Physical strength and stamina • First aid and CPR certifications Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Spokane Falls Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
