Job Details: Job Location: MN, Lino Lakes - Lino Lakes Correctional Facility - Lino Lakes, MN, Position Type: Per Diem, Education Level: Professional Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Medical Physician & Advanced Practice Provider, Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Minnesota Department of Corrections.    We are currently seeking a per diem Primary Care Provider to join our team at the Lino Lakes Correctional Facility located in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. The Primary Care Provider will fill in as needed when the clinic is open Monday through Friday.    The Physician provides medical assessments and evaluations, provides treatment for emergent, urgent, and routine medical issues, provides and supervises medical treatment for chronic medical conditions, and participates in organizational initiatives to help prevent diseases and injuries of patients in a correctional setting. The Physician works under the direction of the Site Medical Director and/or the Statewide Medical Director in collaboration with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure that efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided.   Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings.
