Job Details: Job Location: Illinois River Correctional Center - Canton, IL, Position Type: Full-Time, Education Level: Associate's Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Evening, Job Category: Nursing Professional & Support, Offering $5000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time applications Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Illinois River Correctional Center in Canton, Illinois.  Salary: $48/hour The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. Shift: Evening shift; 40 hours a week Hours: 3p-11p/11a-11p  2 -8hr and 2 -12 hr shifts weekly Qualifications: •    Associate's degree required •    Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required •    Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)  •    Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
