Job Details: Job Location: Logan Correctional Center - Lincoln, IL, Position Type: Full-Time, Education Level: High School Diploma/GED, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Night, Job Category: Nursing Professional & Support, Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois.  The Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing nursing care to incarcerated patients, including conducting health assessments, administering medications and treatments, providing patient education, documenting care, and coordinating with other members of the interdisciplinary team. The RN works closely with doctors, behavioral health professionals, and correctional staff to ensure patients have access to quality healthcare services while incarcerated, participating in and leading group classes for incarcerated patients as needed.
