Job Details: Job Location: TN, Henning - West Tennessee State Penitentiary - Henning, TN, Position Type: Full-Time, Education Level: Associate's Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Nursing Professional & Support, Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.  We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Henning, Tennessee.   The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.
