Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, IL.  The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
