Job Details: Job Location: Legal Address - Meridian, MS, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signage Installer to join our team. The Signage Installer will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of signage products, including but not limited to dimensional and fabricated letters, monument / ground signs, pole / pylon signs, illuminated and non-illuminated signs, interior wayfinding signage, vinyl graphics, banners, and vehicle wraps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sign installation, a strong understanding of various tools and materials, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Sign Installation: Install a variety of signs, including but not limited to dimensional and fabricated letters, monument / ground signs, pole / pylon signs, illuminated and non-illuminated signs, interior wayfinding signage, vinyl graphics, banners, and vehicle wraps, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications. Site Preparation: Prepare installation sites by measuring, cutting, and mounting substrates or frameworks as required, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for installation. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during installations, including the proper use of safety equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients on-site to confirm installation details, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service. Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, fabricators, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process, ensuring all signage is securely and accurately installed. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair of signage, as needed, to ensure long-term durability and functionality. Qualifications: Qualifications: Experience: Preferred but not required Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools. Proficiency with cutting torch and stick welding helpful Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks. Licenses/Certifications: Valid Class A driver’s license required; certifications in OSHA safety, scaffolding, or other relevant areas preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in signage installation or a related field is preferred. Work Environment: Physical Demands: The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights. Use of ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts may be necessary.
