From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone.     Key Responsibilities: Ability to prepare a variety of menu items, using grills, ovens, and other equipment. Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards. Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation. Uphold safety and sanitation standards. Portion and quality control.   Qualifications:     A minimum of one year of cooking experience. Strong knife skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Willingness to learn new sushi rolling techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
