This role ensures that clients, particularly older adults and handicapped individuals, receive their meals promptly and reliably, contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver ordered meals and other assigned items to clients residing in apartment buildings and complexes throughout Central Ohio, ensuring timely and accurate service. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. - Ensure the safe handling and transportation of meals and items, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines. - Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to receive delivery instructions and report any issues or delays encountered during delivery. - Assist clients, particularly older adults and handicapped individuals, with receiving their meals, ensuring accessibility and convenience. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including time, location, and any special instructions or feedback from clients. - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the delivery vehicle is in optimal condition for safe transportation. - Collaborate with team members to improve delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction. - Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and updates related to the delivery service.
