As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that their dining experience is unforgettable. We take pride in our locally inspired food, superb hospitality, ambiance, and our breathtaking location along the great Columbia River. Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide knowledge of our menu, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly while ensuring the proper presentation and temperature Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or issues Upsell menu items and promote specials and events Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils Assist with side work and closing duties as assigned by management.
