Position Summary
As the Quality Manager, you will lead the site's Quality function and serve as a key member of the leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring products, processes, and systems consistently meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company expectations.
This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, close partnership with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Safety, and Operations, and a relentless focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented—someone who not only identifies problems but drives sustainable corrective actions to closure while developing a culture of quality ownership throughout the organization.

A typical day may include:
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Technicians, and other quality personnel
Build a high-performing Quality organization focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, industry regulations, and quality system requirements
