Job Details: Job Location: DETROIT MI - Trenton, MI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, About the Job: The Asset Maintenance Tech II plays a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment. This position handles more complex repairs, manages inventory, and mentors less experienced team members. If you have advanced mechanical skills and enjoy leading the way in solving technical challenges, this role is perfect for you.   Key Responsibilities: Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment, ensuring units are rental-ready. Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and necessary adjustments. Inspect equipment for quality assurance and ensure accurate documentation of check sheets. Manage work orders, recording all parts, labor, and related items. Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues. Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies. Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures. Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations.
