We are seeking a full-time portable dental assistant! Full-Time Portable Dental Assistant Job Description: Mid America Health is currently seeking a Full- Time Dental Assistant to join our growing School Smiles team! This position is 5 days per week (Monday - Friday, during school hours) based out of the Portage, MI area (2-hour radius) and is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to children at local schools. Full-Time Portable Dental Assistant Job Duties Include: • Responsible for maintaining portable equipment and supplies as well as maintenance of company van, all which remain in your possession at all times. • Assist Dentist in portable operatory setup inside the school with chairside procedures as needed • Responsible with loading/unloading and setup of dental operatory inside school • Various administrative duties Full-Time Portable Dental Assistant Job Qualifications Include: • Current Michigan X-ray License is a MUST • Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required • 1-year Dental Assistant experience preferred • Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
