The position will lead classes, create routines, and perform a variety of duties, unique to gymnastics. Applicant should be creative, artistic, and energetic, as well as have some background in dance, gymnastics, tumbling, and/or cheerleading.   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                               Program coordination Teaching of a variety of gymnastics moves Routine creation Class leading Excellent customer service Lesson planning   SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                                Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.     KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES   Gymnastics movements and terminology Coaching practices Child development Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Work personably with the public and other professionals in times of conflict or crisis. Adapt to change and problem solve.   QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB                                                                                  Required: High school student - must be 16 at the time of application.   Preferred: Previous work experience working with children.
