Operate assigned production equipment and workstations according to standard operating procedures. Load and unload machines and equipment as required. Assemble components and perform production-related tasks. Conduct quality inspections and document inspection results. Inspect 100% of produced parts and ensure only conforming products are packaged. Complete production labels and verify accuracy of product identification. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness following 5S standards. Verify the availability and condition of required tools, materials, and documentation. Participate in shift handoffs and communicate production issues to incoming operators. Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as needed or assigned by supervision and management. Qualifications: Required High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow work instructions and standard procedures. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience. Experience operating production equipment. Knowledge of quality inspection processes and 5S principles.
