Job Summary/Basic Function: Adjunct Instructors are hired in a part-time capacity on an as needed basis. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Office Administration – Medical Specialization from a regionally accredited college or university Minimum of three years of non-teaching wage earning experience in the occupational field Interest in alternative instructional delivery methods Excellent written and oral communication skills Other qualities, experiences, and skills that enhance one’s value to the institution Exceptional employment or educational qualifications may be given special consideration as long as Southern Association (SACS) minimum educational credentials are met Shows continued growth in teaching and through training Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management (Preferred), with relevant work experience in administrative support, medical office administration, as applicable with relevant work experience,
