Job Details: Job Location: 137 S 4TH ST - Highlands, NC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly, organized Acorns Supervisor to lead daily operations in our boutique retail shop. You’ll support the sales team, provide excellent guest service, and help maintain a beautiful, welcoming shopping environment. Lead and motivate Sales Associates to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Handle complex sales and customer service situations professionally. Support store merchandising, restocking, and visual displays. Operate POS and inventory systems (Lightspeed). Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. Collaborate with the Manager to drive sales and maintain store standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Retail experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to learn new systems. Flexible schedule — must be available for weekends and holidays. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
