Description Position Details: PRN - As Needed. Shifts vary (0600 am earliest start and 12:30am latest end) 8-hour shifts Position Summary: Provide environmental services support throughout the facility on an as-needed basis. This position helps maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary healthcare environment by performing a variety of cleaning, disinfection, and room preparation duties in patient care areas and other assigned locations. Team members must be flexible and able to work different shifts based on operational needs. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration: CHEST/CHESP Certification, preferred. Experience: Previous housekeeping, environmental services, custodial, or healthcare cleaning experience preferred. Job Knowledge & Skills: Ability to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to follow established cleaning, safety, and infection control procedures. Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and schedules. Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to supervisor direction. Ability to maintain a professional and service-oriented attitude when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
