Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. May administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders.  Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.  Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
