Job Details: Job Location: Ohana - Ocean County, NJ, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: Graduate Degree, Salary Range: $85000.00 - $95000.00Salary, In conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the BCBA plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in the residential program. Provides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors.  Identifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan development.  Obtains all approvals and consents for the behavior plan.  Monitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans.    Hours: Position is full time with a flexible work schedule and includes the following: Sign-on bonus Annual retention bonus 3.2 weeks of Paid Time Off during the first year Medical, vision, dental and life insurance 9 Agency-paid holidays 403(b) employee participation and employer match Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year of employment : Education/Experience: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education and BCBA certification.
