In this hands-on role, you’ll complete maintenance requests, troubleshoot repairs, and support the overall upkeep of the community.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team environment. Qualifications: What You’ll Do Complete service requests including: Plumbing Electrical HVAC Appliance repairs Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation Maintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas Follow safety procedures and company standards Provide excellent customer service to residents What We’re Looking For 2+ years of maintenance, construction, hospitality, or skilled trades experience EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift: Up to 45 lbs regularly Up to 80 lbs occasionally Ability to attend company-paid out-of-state training within first 2 weeks of employment About IRT Living The Pointe at Canyron Ridge Apartment Homes is part of IRT Living, a publicly traded real estate owner and operator with communities across top markets nationwide.
