Job Details: Job Location: WHITE PINES GOLF CLUB - BENSENVILLE, IL, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $9.00 - $9.00Hourly, Experienced Part-Time/Seasonal Banquet Servers are needed to staff the banquet room and tent for the busy wedding and golf season at our 36 hole golf club. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Must maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times Arrive promptly for shift in proper uniform Thoroughly complete banquet set-up and breakdown; including but not limited to polishing, Napkin folds, buffet set up and coffee service Must maintain proper handling of all food and beverage products Must perform all side work as required Perform additional duties related to job as assigned Other duties as assigned by supervisor interacting with guests through passing appetizers, plated service and buffet service Qualifications: Minimum of 16 years of age Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills BASSET certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire) Serv Safe Food Handlers certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire) Available for at least 3-4 shifts weekly Able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp and bend for up to 6 hours at a time Able to lift up to 50 lbs. rarely, 30 lbs. frequently and 20 lbs. constantly JOB STATUS Part time DEPARTMENT White Pines FSLA STATUS Non-Exempt SALARY $9.00 per hour HOURS 10-35 hours per week including evenings and weekends
