WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Hyundai Sales Consultant, you will: Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting through delivery Develop relationships with customers and earn repeat and referral business Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle Present vehicle features, technology, and benefits with confidence Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives Build and maintain a strong customer follow-up pipeline Negotiate professionally and confidently Work with our finance team to help customers complete the purchase process Maintain strong customer satisfaction and CSI results Stay current on Hyundai products, technology, incentives, and industry trends Participate in ongoing sales and product training WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals If you've already proven you can sell cars, we want to hear from you.
