Ready to put your nursing experience to work in a role that offers clinical responsibility, meaningful patient care, and a schedule you can plan your life around?
Southern Health Partners (SHP) is looking for a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin.

Plus, with a sign-on and retention bonus available, there's even more reason to take a closer look! π

Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff.
Coordinate patient care with medical providers and other members of the healthcare team.
Communicate effectively with correctional personnel and facility leadership regarding healthcare operations.
Help maintain consistent clinical practices and compliance with established protocols and company policies.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Support the organization of daily medical department activities and continuity of care.
Use sound clinical judgment to prioritize responsibilities and address patient care needs.
Qualifications: π What You Bring to the Team
We're looking for a nurse who is confident in their clinical skills, dependable, organized, and ready to take on a role with added coordination responsibilities.
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
Previous nursing experience preferred.
Leadership, charge nurse, supervisory, or care coordination experience is a plus.
Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
New to correctional healthcare? You're still welcome here! Experience in a jail or correctional setting is not required. Bring your nursing knowledge, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing quality care.
