We are looking for a passionate Senior Accountant to join our Finance/Accounting team and help us shape the next 100 years of Mariani! What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As a Senior Accountant, you will serve as a subject matter expert for the Company’s lease accounting, fixed asset accounting and management, and Coast to Coast accounting activities. Analyze: Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and financial results. Manage: Fixed asset accounting, lease accounting under ASC 842, month-end/quarter-end/year-end close activities, and financial reporting for Coast-to-Coast Farming. Lead: Coordinate internal and external audit activities, maintain effective internal controls, and ensure accounting processes comply with established requirements. Innovate: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of accounting and financial reporting, while supporting and optimizing NetSuite functionality.
